On January 21, the LF Talks online platform will host a discussion session ‘Significance of the Separation of Powers Principle and the Political Question Doctrine for International Law’. Leading Russian and foreign experts will discuss the significance of the separation of powers principle, the political question doctrine, and the issue of justiciability for international law, as well as the questions of where the border of the collision of politics and law lays, and how to sustain political neutrality of international justice. The event will be of interest to representatives of the professional and academic community, including those working at international organizations, state authorities, constitutional and supreme courts.
